Donald Massaro graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and was a Ph.D. candidate at the University of California at Berkeley, studying Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics.
